Purpose of the Agency – Terms and Conditions

CiProjects operates as an intermediary agency, specializing in connecting buyers and sellers through its marketing campaign. The agency’s main objective is to facilitate the introduction and communication between the two parties. A seller refers to an individual or business entity offering products or services for sale, while a buyer refers to an individual or business entity seeking to purchase those products or services.

Limitation of Liability

CiProjects explicitly states that it is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses that may arise between the buyer and the seller. This includes issues related to product quality, payment, delivery, after-sales service, or any malpractice exercised by either party. It is important to note that CiProjects’ role is strictly limited to connecting the buyer to the seller and does not extend beyond this point. Therefore, any concerns or issues that may arise should be addressed and resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

No Warranty

CiProjects does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the products or services sold by the sellers. The agency acts solely as a facilitator in connecting the buyer and the seller, and does not endorse or assume liability for the quality, reliability, or suitability of the products or services being offered. It is the responsibility of the buyer to evaluate the suitability of the products or services before making a purchase.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes between the buyer and the seller, it is expected that both parties will handle and resolve these matters directly. CiProjects is not obligated to mediate or assist in the resolution of such disputes. The agency’s role is strictly limited to connecting the buyer and the seller and does not extend to dispute resolution. Therefore, it is important for both parties to communicate and work towards finding a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Indemnification

Agreements

CiProjects will exclusively limit its involvement to the act of connecting the buyer and the seller and will not engage in activities beyond those specified in the agreement.
