Emergency line stop at each inspection station, requires supervisor and QC manager to restart the line.
Trained workers specific to each station.
All products are assembled in a clean AC environment. Staffs are required to wear safety cloths inculding gloves and eye protection.
When necessary all components, assembly workers and inspectors are bar coded for 100% traceability.
After final inspection products are packed, bar coded and prepared for transport.
